New Features and Enhancements

• Syncing ARC Central to VMS. Implement data synchronization of submissions between ARC Central and VMS. Submissions that are in non-sync statuses (e.g., Pending, More Info Requested) do not sync to VMS—actions like 'forwarding to committee' or 'approval' will trigger the sync.

• Add a Search Bar to the Dashboard Users can now search for submissions from Dashboard in addition to the preset filter buttons.
  
• Update Login Message. Loading message updated for clarity.
  

• Performance Improvements.

Bug Fixes

• [Fix] Errors for Edit Functions on Mobile UI.  Delete, Edit and Copy functionality now works correctly on Mobile and Tablet display.
• [Fix] Serial Numbers for Transactions. The serial numbers for items listed under Association → Transactions now display correct line number.
• [Fix] Tablet View Display. Removed an erroneous button on tablet view.
