Bug Fixes

• [Fix] Mandatory Remarks for Voting. The Remark field on the voting form is currently mandatory for all decision types. It should only be required when the selected decision is Denied or Approved with Stipulations. When the decision is Approved, the Remark field is optional.
• [Fix] Conflicting Vote Behavior. Previously, if minimum required votes were met, the conflicting vote status might be triggered prematurely (before all eligible member could vote). Now a submission will only be marked 'Conflicting Votes' if all members have voted and final result is a true tie.
• [Fix] Remaining Days Not Updated After Voting Period Change. The remaining days listed on submission will recalculate if there is an update to the voting period. The displayed countdown reflects the latest (updated) duration.
