New Features and Enhancements

• Voting Period is Configurable. The maximum voting period is now configurable, added ability to keep current 60 day cap or set a new voting period length.
  
• New Email Template for Existing User Update. A new email template is available for user accounts that already exist but have been updated via VMS sync. The new template will guide users to setup new credentials.
• Updated "Welcome Email" Templates.  There are now two distinct ARC Central Welcome emails: one email for Committee Members and another for Employees.
• Added "See More" and "See Less" functionality for long text fields. In fields that may contain lengthy text, only a few lines of text are displayed by default. Users can expand the content by clicking "See More" and collapse it again using "See Less". This improves readability and optimizes the screen space.
• UI Improvements. Interface updates to support data sync and email templates.

Bug Fixes

• [Fix] Cancel option missing from Decision Dropdown. The Canceled option was not present in the dropdown menu when submitting a vote for a request—it is now displayed.
  
• [Fix] Committee Members Unable to see 'Under 3rd Party Review'. Fixes a display issue where Committee Members logged into ARC Central were unable to see requests in the "Under 3rd Party Review" status. These requests are now visible. 
• [Fix] Voting Option "Make Decision" Incorrectly Displayed. Corrected issue with how the Make Decision option appears for unintended users. This option displayed only when the logged-in Committee Member has decision permission. 
• [Fix] Other Voting Functionality & UI fixes Small corrections to voting button behavior and visibility after decision made. Ensure mobile view is consistent with webview.
