• Fixed: Refund Receipt Link Missing in Operations Summary

  • Fixed an issue where the receipt link was not generated in the Operations Summary when a refund processed as Account Credit was later transferred to Cash or Check.
  • Admins can now access the corresponding receipt directly from the refund transaction in the Operations Summary.

• Fixed: Additional Reservation Charge Not Added to Due Amount

  • Fixed an issue where increasing the duration of a paid reservation after a partial refund generated an additional charge, but the charge was not added to the Due Amount.
  • The reservation balance now correctly reflects the outstanding amount, allowing the customer or staff to collect the additional payment.

• Fixed: Deactivated Reservation Items and Program Add-Ons Could Be Increased

  • Fixed an issue where users with existing reservations could increase the quantity of a deactivated Reservation Item or Program Add-On without receiving a warning.
  • A warning message is now displayed when admins attempt to increase the quantity of a deactivated item, ensuring consistent behavior across Reservation Items and Program Add-Ons.

• Fixed: Program Add-On Replaced Repeating Program Occurrences

  • Fixed an issue where adding an Add-On to a Program configured with the Repeat After option could replace or unexpectedly modify the existing program occurrences.
  • Program occurrences now remain unchanged when an Add-On is added, allowing the Add-On to be added independently without affecting the configured repeat schedule.
