• Fixed: Payment Plan Resource Change – Incorrect Additional Charge 
  • Fixed an issue where changing the first occurrence of a resource in a payment plan could display an incorrect additional amount when no installments had been paid.
  • The system now correctly recalculates the amount due based on the new resource price and the payments that have actually been made.

• Fixed: Partially Paid Installment When Increasing Plan Value

• Fixed an issue where partially paid installments were not properly considered when adding an item to a reservation and choosing to add the additional amount to a new installment. 

• The remaining balance is now correctly accounted for when creating the new installment.

• Fixed: Payment Plan Balance After Canceling a Reservation Occurrence

  • Fixed an issue where canceling an unpaid reservation occurrence did not update the payment plan outstanding balance.
  • The payment plan balance is now correctly reduced by the cost of the canceled occurrence.

• Fixed: Reservation Fee Update – Divide by Zero Error
  • Fixed an issue where decreasing a reservation fee associated with a Payment Plan could result in an "Attempted to divide by zero" error.
  • The reservation total and future Payment Plan installments are now correctly recalculated based on the updated fee and applicable taxes.
    

• Fixed: Reservation Title Not Updating

• Fixed an issue where editing a reservation title only updated the occurrence title.

• The reservation title is now correctly updated as well, ensuring the reservation and all associated occurrences display the same title.

Enhancements

• Program Add-Ons After Registration

• Admins can now add and edit add-ons on completed program registrations.

• This allows Admins to add new add-ons or update existing add-ons.

• Registration details, receipts, taxes, and totals are automatically updated, while add-on availability limits continue to be enforced.

Programs > View details > Active Registrations

• If the user already has add-ons associated with their registration, Admins can edit the add-on price or quantity
• Admins can also remove the item. 

• Sessions Location Filter

• Updated the Sessions location filter behavior to make it clearer and more intuitive. Renamed “Show All Sessions” to “Show Sessions from All Locations” to clarify that the option controls location filtering.

• The option is now enabled by default, allowing users to view sessions from all locations.

• Account Credit Refunds in Total Liabilities Report

  • The Total Liabilities Report now includes Account Credit Refund transactions, providing better visibility into refunds and their impact on liabilities.
  • For example, when a reservation is paid, later canceled, and the refund is issued as Account Credit, the refund transaction will now be properly reflected in the Total Liabilities Report.

• Refunds issued to Cash or Check will also be included in the report, ensuring these refund transactions are consistently reflected in the liability records.
