New Features and Enhancements

Full activity log in the History tab. The History tab will now show a complete, chronological record of everything that happens on a request - comments, status changes, votes, document uploads, field edits, and assignment changes - each stamped with the date, time, and person who took the action. This gives committee members and admins full visibility into a request's lifecycle.
Smarter conflicting-votes logic. The system will now wait for a majority decision before resolving a request instead of flagging "Conflicting Votes" the moment the minimum number of votes is reached. "Conflicting Votes" will only be triggered on a true tie where no majority is possible. This prevents requests from being closed prematurely while committee members are still voting.
Extended Voting Period. System and Management Company Admins will be able to extend the voting window on eligible requests without changing the request status or affecting existing votes. Eligible committee members are notified when a period is extended. This gives associations flexibility to allow more time when votes are still pending.

[Fix] Voting Time Period fixes. Implemented a number of fixes which ddress outstanding issues in the Voting Time Period feature.
[Fix] Correct user names in New Request list. Fixes a display issue where user names and details appeared incorrectly in the Users dropdown when creating a new request.
[Fix] Various UI fixes in Cart and Comments A set of layout corrections, including inconsistent spacing on the Edit Cart screen, misaligned Add buttons, a Delete button being cut off after file uploads, and layout breaking when uploading files with long names.
