Bug Fixes

• [Enhancement] Extend Sync from ARC to VMS. Enhance the existing VMS → ARC Central sync to include Committee Members (Users), in addition to the current sync of Homeowners and Units.
• [Enhancement] Updated the Submission Block Creation. Submission Type Settings allow blocks which will be more consistent with VMS items.  
• [Fix] Association List Visibility for Management Company Admins. Users with the ARC Central role Management Company Administrator now able to see the list of associations in the dropdown 
  
• [Fix] Admin Users Delete Function. Administrators now able to delete a submission from the ARC Central Requests list. Internal Server Error toast notification has been resolved and now request can be removed.
• [Fix] Voting Reset if Request Sent Back to Pending. After a final decision, if a request is set back to Pending status, the votes and decision dropdown are made available again. 
• [Fix] Vote Action Availability in Multiple Statuses. The system restricts the vote action exclusively to requests in Pending Committee Vote status (i.e., where the last action was Forward to Committee for Vote). This prevents votes from being cast at any stage of the workflow and the minimum vote threshold being reached prematurely, triggering a Decision Reached transition.
• [Fix] Vote Status Updated Correctly After Votes Met. When the processor updates the request to Forward to Committee for Vote (Pending Committee Vote status), and the committee members achieve the minimum votes required, the request automatically changes to Decision Reached. If minimum votes are reached with different votes, status is updating to: Conflicting Votes.
• [Fix] UI Updates. Minor updates to dashboard and improved messaging. Update to display when no Association is selected, added message to select association for further processing.
