Modified on Tue, 19 May at 10:44 AM

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: Payment Plan option appearing for unsupported Programs and Passes
Removed the Payment Plan option from Programs and Passes during setup and registration flows to prevent misleading payment selections for unsupported offering types.

  • Fixed: Duplicate installments and incorrect Gift Certificate display in payment plans
Resolved issues causing duplicate installment entries when payment plans contained multiple offerings. Also corrected receipt payment type labeling when Gift Certificates were used during installment payments.

  • Fixed: Payment Plan option missing when extending hourly resource reservations
Resolved an issue where reservations already associated with a Payment Plan would not display the Payment Plan option after increasing reservation time through the Edit Reservation flow.

  • Fixed: Incorrect balance recalculation after changing reservation resources with Payment Plan
Resolved issues where changing reservation resources did not properly recalculate totals, causing incorrect negative balances and inaccurate Payment Plan adjustments.

  • Fixed: Incorrect payment method display in General Deferred Revenue Report
Resolved an issue where Pay Later reservations paid using Card and Check methods were incorrectly displayed as Cash in the General Deferred Revenue Report. The report now reflects the correct payment methods used.

Removed

  • Removed: Shift Report replaced by Operations Summary

The Shift Report was removed from Etrak on May 19, 2026. Users should now use the Operations Summary report, which includes the same operational information along with additional improvements.

Enhancements

  • Enhancement: Improved Passes list sorting and filtering

Passes are now sorted by most recent date by default, and only Active passes are displayed on initial load. A new filter toggle was also added to allow users to include Inactive and Expired passes when needed.

Note: This enhancement was deployed to Production on May 12th as part of the previous release.
