New Features and Enhancements

  • New "Cancel" Decision Option. Added a "Cancel" option to the decision dropdown on ARC Requests, providing more flexibility with request management. System Admins and Processors have ability to cancel a request, while keeping it visible for historical record and audits.


  • UI Updates & Responsiveness Improvements. Several updates to the user interface, including: mobile view layout and responsiveness, improved alignment in View Submission Request screen and files section on Votes tab. 


Bug Fixes

  • [Fix] ARC Central screen resize visibility. Resolved issue where dashboard list appears empty after browser screen re-size.
  • [Fix] Request List Data Display Errors. Resolved issues where the request list was not displaying under certain scenarios, disappearing when switching from mobile to web view or Internal Server Error for Homeowners using the search filter.
  • [Fix] Associations Dropdown List. Corrected issue where inactive or deleted Associations were displayed in dropdown. This improves the data clarity and prevents incorrect selections.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Compliance Workflow Updates. Improvements to tracking and centralization: Compliance Concern submissions are now redirected to a centralized Sharepoint list, Fee Waiver submissions are now redirected to a centralized Sharepoint list, Appeal option/button has been removed from Compliance Issues to align with updated process requirements. able to access and interact with ARC Central.

Bug Fixes

  • [Fix] ARC Request Options. Resolved issue where ARC Request options not displayed properly in AllAccess Mobile App.
  • [Fix] Admin Complete Registration. Resolved issue preventing Admin Complete Registration from functioning properly.
