Bug Fix: Pricing and Add to Cart when event ticket not selected

**Offering Type:** Events

**Situation:** Users would place a quantity before selecting the ticket type.

**Problem Caused:** The system would retrieve the first fee it could find and calculate it as the base price for that offering. Consequently, it would not be the actual per-ticket price, and the order would not be coded to the specific ticket the user intended to purchase.

**Solution:** Additional validations were implemented to prevent users from adding events to the cart without selecting the ticket type when the offering is an event.
