• Fixed: Session Reactivation
  • Sessions that have expired can now be reactivated when new occurrences are added.
  • If a session is Expired and new occurrences are added, the session will automatically return to Active status.
  • This ensures the session remains available when new occurrences are scheduled.
  • Once reactivated, the session will be displayed in the Full Catalog and available for booking. 
  • Existing behavior for active sessions remains unchanged.

• Fixed: Payment Plan – Last Installment Option

  • The Add amount to last installment option is now disabled when a Payment Plan has been fully paid.
  • The option is disabled when all installments have been paid.
  • The option remains available when the Payment Plan has an outstanding balance.
  • Increasing an item's quantity or value after the Payment Plan is fully paid will no longer allow additional amounts to be added to an already paid installment.
  • This prevents additional charges from being incorrectly applied to installments that have already been fully paid.

Enhancements

• Passes Report – Expiration Date Column

  • The Passes Report has been enhanced to display the expiration date for each pass.
  • A new Expiration Date column has been added to the report.
  • The expiration date is displayed directly for each membership/pass.
  • Users no longer need to calculate the expiration date based on the sold date.
  • This improvement makes it easier for clients to quickly identify when each pass expires.
