New Features and Enhancements

New Voting Time Feature. Extended ARC Central’s Voting Rules functionality to allow each association to define the default voting time period. The association can configure a fixed number of days and this voting period will begin automatically once a request is forwarded to the committee for vote. There will be checkbox for "Voting Period (in days)" that remains checked once setup has been completed (see image below). Note: there is no default value, the maximum is 60 days and counting days will begin from the received date, not from the forward to committee for vote day.
Voting Time Notification Enhancement. Adding reminder notifications based on voting expiration date and a new dashboard/request list column displaying remaining voting days. These reminders are to increase visibility, reduce missed votes, and improve operational control.
Additional Email Notification Controls. Separate email notification controls created for the developer community vote statuses, allowing users to independently enable or disable notifications for each. Notification option now exists for "Approved - Pending Developer Vote" notifications and "Approved with Stipulations - Pending Developer Vote".

Visual Indicator for Comment Types. Added a visual indicator in the comment section to identify comments visible to the homeowner. Comments not marked as visible to the homeowner display no indicator.

[Fix] Dashboard Cards Not Displaying Count. Resolved an issue where the Dashboard summary cards for Approved Requests, Denied Requests, and Appealed Requests were not displaying any count values. Only Total Requests and Pending Requests showed correct numbers. All summary cards now display numbers as expected.
[Fix] Committee Members View "More Info Requested". Corrected and issue where Committee Members logged into ARC Central were unable to see requests that are in the "More Info Requested" status. These requests are now visible to them.
[Fix] Homeowner Ability to Open Withdrawn Request. Fixed issue where Homeowners were unable to open requests from the "Withdrawn & Canceled Requests" section. Clicking on request would open a blank page instead of displaying the request details. Request details now open as expected. .
[Fix] Comment Attachment Preview Issue.Corrected a bug where attachment previews within Comment section did not work correctly in Mobile View. When clicking on a second attached file, the attachment section would be hidden and only becomes visible again after scrolling. The attachments now display as expected.
