Fixed: Fee Screen Error Validation for Excessive Discount Amounts

The Fee screen now correctly displays an error message when the Discount Pass amount exceeds the fee amount. For example, if a fee is $10 and a discount of $12 is entered, users will receive a validation message indicating that the discount amount cannot be greater than the fee amount.

Fixed: Corrected Operator Assignment for Pay Later Refunds
Refunds processed for Pay Later payments now include the appropriate operator information, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation in the Journal Entry Report (JER).

Enhancements
Fixed: Preserve Location and Terminal When Duplicating Browser Tabs
When duplicating a browser tab, the selected location and terminal are now preserved and automatically loaded in the new tab. Users no longer need to reselect these values.
