New Features and Enhancements

1. User Role Permission Update Issue 

   • If a user role is updated, the permissions are also updated to match new role (ie. user created as Manager and later changed to Committee Manager, permissions will be updated to match new role)

2. Associations Linkage Enhancements
   • Updates to the User Creation process, to allow more flexibility in community selections. Association Manager and Management Company Admin dashboards to display data only for their assigned associations, or for all properties if no specific association is assigned.
   • User Notifications  only from your assigned associations
   • Users without an associated community will not see system data or receive email notifications
     
     
3. Approval with Stipulation Notification emails now include details about the stipulation in mail
   
4. A default filter for Dashboard is now set to "This Month". Additional filter choices can be selected from the dropdown menu.  
5. Dynamic Logo and Color Theme Configuration available for different ArcCentral Environments
   
6. File preview has been improved to include better errors handling, additional visual guidance and instructions (ie. eyeball icon variations for preview/non-preview files, text instructions for files types available only by download). 

Bug Fixes

1. Last Vote Count is now displaying correctly in the app and email notifications
   

2. The Status buttons shown from the Requests and Dashboard screens are now clickable.  Users may select a status button to open up the request details.
   
   
3. Updates to the Dashboard Navigation
4. Comment Option is now Visible for Committee Members
   
5. User login issue fixed when using the "Sign in with AAM All Access" option
   
6. Bug fix to issue preventing members from voting, if vote block deleted. Members still able to vote now.

8. [Critical] Fix to Password Setup/Welcome email upon new user creation, email addresses now sent correctly.

Known Issues

1. Email is case sensitive on Login, Password Setup, Reset Password 
2. Multiselect of Associations is possible  on Voting Rules & Committee Submission Control Screens
3. Notification is not triggered when dropdown field is added to new request form (Single select Form)
4. Remove Download Option When Viewing TXT File from Request
5. Replace "Arch" with "ARC" in Email Subjects and Throughout the System
6. Email Notification Shows Incorrect Time
7. Clicking "Appeal View" Opens "Request Page" Instead
8. Previously Opened File Link Persists When Navigating Between Submission Requests
