Bug Fixes

1. Fix to Copy Form Issue. Copy form was displaying different buttons than expected. The button behavior while copying a request is now working correctly as per the Association/Management Company fee setup
2. Fix to Voting Rules Update Button Issue. The "Update" button is now correctly disabled when no association is selected, and the validation message "Please select association to process further." is displayed as expected.
3. Change references of "Arch" to "ARC". Standardization across codebase and email templates.
4. Fix to Email Notification Time. The time displayed in email notifications is now shown correctly.
5. Fix to Internal Server Error when creating a new Association.
6. Fix to Multi-select Associations. On the Voting Rules and Committee Submission Control screens, the Association field does not allow multi-select.
7. Fix missing warning messages. System shows correct validation message when trying to approve a request with the status "Forward to Committee" without getting the required number of votes
8. Fix for Clicking "Appeal View" Opening "Request Page" incorrectly
9. Fix to previously opened files displaying incorrectly. When opening a request without files, no previously opened files will display.
10. Fix to Case Sensitivity on login screen. Email field is no longer case sensitive for login or password set up.
11. Fix to Notification History. Correct notification history shown for users according to their linked Associations.
12. Removed download of TXT file option. When viewing a .txt file, the file can be shown inline, download is not necessary
13. Fix to Committee Member Appearing in Votes After Association Change. The system is correctly updating member visibility based on their current role and association.
