New Features and Enhancements

  • Improvements to Block Voting and UI. Under the Votes area, the Block Settings are available for any request status, except after final decision made. Changes to Block voting are prevented after voting starts. Block Voting display has also improved (expanded view by default, sorted by title).
    An example Submission with two sections which requiring vote (Vote Blocks). 
  • Add Message to Homeowner for Request More Information Status. When an Admin moves submission to the status More Information Requested a note is displayed above the comment section to highlight request for additional info.


  • Allow Sys Admin to Revert Status to Pending. System Administrators can now correct request statuses that were moved incorrectly.
  • UI updates for mobile web view. Comment section improved on mobile view of ARC Central.


Bug Fixes

  • [Fix] Emails Not Received for Users with Multiple Roles. System will now send all relevant emails to users for each of their Roles (i.e. if Committee Member and Homeowner, you will receive emails for both).
  • [Fix] Missing Info Received Email Sent to Homeowner. If there is missing information and Homeowner re-submits details, the submission updates to Missing Info Received status. System now correctly sends Homeowner confirmation email when information received.
  • [Fix] Incorrect Data Display After Pagination. When there are multiple pages for submission list, if you click on a request details and hitting back button, system now returns to corect page and Association filter is maintained.
