Shift Report: Updates & Improvements

We’ve made several enhancements to the Shift Report to improve clarity, accuracy, and performance. Below is a summary of what’s new:

1. More Accurate Refund Reporting

Refunds are now broken out by individual payment type within the summary section. Previously, refunds were grouped under “cash/check,” which did not provide enough detail for accurate reporting. You can now select specific refund types, and each will appear in its corresponding summary.

2. Updated Column Names for Clarity

To provide clearer insight into report values, the following columns have been renamed:

• Amount Paid → Net Collected

• Total Paid → Total Revenue

3. Updated Total Sold Summary

The “Total Sold” summary no longer includes values from the Other payment type to ensure more accurate reporting.

4. Order Subtotal Column Removed

The “Order Subtotal” column has been removed to avoid confusion and streamline the report.

5. Duplicate Line Issue Resolved

We addressed reports of duplicate lines appearing in the Shift Report. This issue has been corrected.

6. Improved Performance

The Shift Report now loads faster thanks to performance optimizations applied throughout the report.
