Arc Central

New Features and Enhancements

• Added new confirmation message. An alert message is now displayed when a user submits public comment on an Arc request.
  
• ARC Central Workflow by User. The ARC Central request screens and transitions have been updated to be more specific based on the logged in User Role.
• Updated ARC Central requests with longer text. If request contains a longer description, there is more graceful display and content or formatting is not lost. An ellipsis (...) is shown if the text exceeds visible area.
• Update Default Filters, Labels, and Display Counts. The default time filter is now set to “This Year”, with the label for "All Requests" and "Pending Requests" tab loading by default. All display counts display as expected.

Bug Fixes

• [Fix] System User screen redirect issue. System user now remains on correct screen (instead of switching to User view) after selection of Management Company or Association.
• [Fix] Members could retain initial association roles. Once an admin or committee member is reassigned to a new association, they can no longer view or edit any requests from their previous association, even if the request is still in progress and was previously assigned to them.
• [Fix] Correction to validation message for selecting association. Now works as expected and message only appears when no association is selected.
• [Fix] Phone number now displays in test environments. No change to production Arc Central.
• [Fix] Unauthorized access to Associations. No longer to able access associations with url link, must have appropriate role/permissions.
• [Fix] Voter Rule Setup and Committee Submission Control restrict to single association. A message displays requesting editor to "Please select association to process further", making intended edit area more clear.
• [Fix] Request Counts inconsistency correction. The numbers displayed across tabs (All, Approved, Denied, Pending, Appealed) show correct counts and grid rows match the counts.

• [Fix] Labels more consistent. Changed Dropdown Label from "Community" to "Associations" in New Request.
• [Fix] Pagination errors.  Issues with pagination on the Email Notification page corrected.
  
• [Fix] Buy Now button removal. Erroneous "Buy Now" button removed from request page.
• [Fix] Grid UI misalignments. Corrections to various UI grid inconsistencies, incorrect text colors or text overflowing button area.

This update corresponds to enhancement "ARC Central Workflow by User Role" (listed above):

All Access Homeowner Status: 

New display of the submission status "Under Committee Review" to the Homeowner when the actual submission status is one of the following: 

• Pending Committee Review 
• Pending Committee Vote 
• Under 3rd Party Review 
• Conflicting Votes 

Since these are part of the internal review process, the detailed statuses will not be shown to the Homeowner and The submission status note will be displayed as follows: 

“The submission is in the review phase. You’ll receive an update as soon as a decision has been reached.”
