Enhancements

• Improved Receipt Navigation

• Updated the “Go Back” button on the receipt to return users to the appropriate screen based on their journey:
  • User Profile → returns to the User Profile.
  • Full Catalog → returns to the Full Catalog.
  • View Scheduler / Offering Calendar → returns to the View Scheduler.

• Resident Type Access Control for Offerings

• Administrators can now restrict catalog visibility and purchasing for offerings based on resident type.
  • Configure independent viewing and purchasing restrictions for Programs, Resources, Passes, Sessions, Events, and Activities.
  • Select which resident types should be blocked from viewing or purchasing each offering.
  • Users blocked from viewing an offering will not see it in the catalog.
  • Users blocked from purchasing can still view the offering, but will be unable to purchase it.
  • Employees can always view offerings, while purchasing restrictions can still be applied to them.

Bugs

• Fixed Remaining Spots Display

  • Fixed an issue where the Remaining Spots count was displayed during the program purchase/registration process even when Show Remaining Spots Online was disabled.
  • The Remaining Spots count will now only be displayed when the setting is enabled.

• Fixed Partial Payment Allocation

  • Fixed an issue where making multiple partial payments from User Profile → Unpaid could incorrectly mark the entire balance as paid.
  • The system will now correctly record each payment amount and maintain any remaining balance as outstanding, without incorrectly allocating the remaining amount to another payment method.

• Fixed Payment Plan Updates After Fee Changes

  • Fixed an issue where updating an offering fee during checkout did not correctly update the associated payment plan.
  • Payment plan due amounts and installments will now reflect the updated fee consistently across the receipt and User Profile.
