Enhancements

• PDF Reports - New Offering Filter

We’ve introduced a new improvement to PDF Reports with the addition of an “Offering Type” filter.

This filter allows you to select which offering types associated with a resource will be included in the generated PDF.

• When “All” is selected, all offerings linked to a resource will be included in the report.

Bug Fixes

• Negative Amounts in Hourly Bookings 

We’ve resolved an issue where hourly bookings could result in incorrect negative amounts during checkout.

This issue occurred when editing a single occurrence (e.g., changing a booking from 30 minutes to 1 hour). In some cases, the cart would display a negative fee.

With this fix:

• Fees for partial-hour bookings are now calculated proportionally and correctly
• Negative amounts will no longer be displayed
• The final total reflects the accurate amount, including discounts and taxes

• Fix payment plan inconsistencies when increasing or decreasing fees in a bundle 

 We’ve fixed an issue where payment plan adjustments were not being correctly recalculated after editing reservation fees. The system now consistently recalculates the total amount and applies accurate adjustments across all scenarios:

• Unpaid plans: the system now correctly recalculates the full outstanding balance and requires an appropriate adjustment before saving.
• Partially paid plans: the system now considers amounts already paid and only recalculates the remaining balance, ensuring no overcharge or miscalculation.
• Fully paid plans: the system no longer attempts to adjust the payment plan and instead allows proper handling through refund or additional charge flows when applicable.

Liability Report Accuracy Enhancements

• Pay Later Payments
  • Fixed an issue where payments made using Pay Later were not being correctly reflected as liability after an order was canceled.
  • The system now properly includes all Pay Later amounts in the liability report once the payment is completed and the order is canceled.
  • This ensures accurate financial tracking across mixed payment scenarios (e.g., cash + Pay Later).
• Gift Certificate Handling
  • Fixed an issue where Gift Certificate payments were not being included in the total liability when an order was canceled.
  • Gift Certificate values are now correctly treated as liability, reflecting the fact that the amount was previously paid by the customer.
