1. Decrease Reservation Cost
Similar to the Increase Reservation Cost workflow, you can now decrease a reservation fee from a User’s profile.
Navigate to the User’s profile and select Edit Reservation Fee.
Enter the new amount (e.g., $75 → $60).
Once saved, instead of redirecting to the cart, a popup will confirm that the difference has been credited to the User’s account.
This credit will be visible in their Account Credit Balance for future use.

2. Change Resource on Edit Reservation
You can now change the Resource assigned to an existing reservation.
Go to the Edit Reservation screen within the Resource details section.
Turn on the new Change Resource toggle.
A window will appear with a drop down list of available Resources.

Select the Resource, then click Check Times to confirm there are no conflicts.
Once validated, the Update button will activate, allowing you to save the change.
