- Updates to Reservations:
- New entry form:
- Replaced the old slide out form with a popup form.
- This form will not allow you to move forward until completed.
- If a mistake is made the data will not be lost.
- You can now set manual repeats of the same event or set reoccurring
- We have added the ability for you to select specific fees for the reservation instead of always having to use residency requirements.
- We have enabled you to set setup and teardown times per reservation
- You can also reserve multiple rooms at the same time and adjust all these settings per room on same reservation
- Additional text field that can used in reporting
- Copy Reservation
- We have created the ability for you to copy a reservation and just quickly set the new date and time of the reservation.
- Resource Scheduler changes
- New Resource Filter Drop down to make it easier to filter items
- the ability to edit or make new reservations easily from the screen
- The ability to see the type of the event that is scheduled with color coding
- New entry form:
- User Profile Page:
- We have added a Reservations Tab, so that you can just see the reservations related to this person.
