There are several different account roles for users in ARC Central. Each user will have access/permission to perform tasks according to their role.
The account roles available are:

AAM homeowner will use their All Access portal to create and review Arc requests.
- Read-Only - Can search and view all pending requests for their Association
- Processor - Can view newly submitted requests and submit to Committee
- Committee Member - Can vote on requests
- Management Company Administrator - Can vote on requests, update votes on behalf of another Committee Member and recommend final decision for a request

Voting on Behalf of Others
A Management Company Administrator will have the ability to Vote on behalf of Committee members.
The history is maintained on all changes; therefore, in the instance of a management company administrator voting on behalf of an absent committee member, relevant comments and a copy of the email committee member's approval shall be obtained and stored in ARC Central within the architectural request.
